     Ellen de Woodcote was the daughter of Sir Robert de Woodcote I. Ellen de Woodcote married Edmund de Morton, son of Michael de Morton. In 1290 she grants to Simon, son of William Rondulf of Newport, a parcel of land land in the field of Wodecote, which she had by the gift of her brother Robert.²

     Helen de Woodcote was the daughter of Robert de Woodcote II.¹ Helen de Woodcote married Robert de Woodcote II, son of Sir Robert de Woodcote I and Milisent de Longford ?.²

     Richard de Woodcote. He was probably descended from Tochil, the Domesday lord.² The Pipe Roll of 1176 tells how Richard de Wudecote had been amerced £2 for not producing his brother Roger to undergo trial.³

     Sir Robert de Woodcote I was the son of Richard de Woodcote.² His first recorded appearance is about 1191 when he had disseized another of a tenement at Cheswell, near Longford.³ On 24 November 1194 he was one of three Knights who appeared at Westminster as Visor in a Shropshire suit.⁴ Sir Robert de Woodcote I married Milisent de Longford ?, daughter of Hamo de Longford.² Sir Robert de Woodcote I probably died circa 1220 his widow Millicent and successor Robert are mentioned in a suit concerning Leighton Mill in November 1221.^2,4

     Robert de Woodcote II was the son of Sir Robert de Woodcote I and Milisent de Longford ?^1,2 Between the years 1220 and 1224, Robert, son of Robert de Wodecote, for the souls' health of his Father, Robert, his Mother, Milisant, himself, his wife, his ancestors, and successors, gave to Wombridge Priory the land (near Rushton) which his Father had purchased from Sir Thomas de Constantine, the Canons being bound to pay the reserved rent of 12d. to the said Sir Thomas. Witnesses, Richard de Leyghton, Robert de Brocton, Adam dc Cherleton, &c.³ Robert de Woodcote II married Helen de Woodcote, daughter of Robert de Woodcote II.⁴ Heprobably died circa 1253.³

     Robert de Woodcote III was the son of Robert de Woodcote II.¹ Eyton writes that Robert de Woodcote (III.) sold Eye (that is the fee-simple) to his Nephew Michael,- son of Michael de Moreton, by * * * de Woodcote: but on the said Robert's death (in 1278), his widow, Ysabel, seems to have claimed dower in Eye. So I interpret a Deed whereby it was agreed between "Michael, son of Michael de Morton and Dame Ysabella, late wife of Robert, Lord of Wodecote," as follows, viz. that Michael conceded and demised to Ysabella, one-third of his land of E, which land he Michael formerly bought of Robert, Lord of Wodecote, his Uncle (avunculo) - to hold to Ysabella for life at a rent of one pair of white gloves. Witnesses. Bertram de Burgo, Michael de Morton, Hugh de Weston, Richard de Leycton.² Robert de Woodcote III married Isabella (Unknown).² Robert de Woodcote III died before 26 May 1278 the date of a Writ of Diem clausit. The inquest which followed reported that he held nothing in capite, but had held all his lands of Henri de Perci, by an annual rent of 10s. The said lands were valued at 30s 8d. per annum. Thomas, son and heir of the deceased, was found to be 23 years of age and more.^1,3

     Thomas de Woodcote was born circa 1255.¹ He was the son of Robert de Woodcote III and Isabella (Unknown).¹

     Beatrice Isobel Woodd was born in 1887.¹ She was the daughter of Walter Woodd. Beatrice Isobel Woodd married Reginald Herbert Montague Temple Q.C., son of Dr. James Algernon Temple and Alice Erie Douglas Heudebourck, in 1903 in South Africa.¹ Beatrice Isobel Woodd died in 1966.²

     Lt. Colonel John Woodford married Susan Gordon, daughter of Cosmo George Gordon 3rd Duke of Gordon, 6th Marquess and Lady Katharine Gordon, on 28 December 1778. Lt. Colonel John Woodford died on 18 April 1800.

A tanner.² He was born on 27 July 1683 in Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts.^3,4 He was the son of Joshua Woodman and Elizabeth Stevens.² Benjamin Woodman married Elizabeth Longfellow, daughter of Ensign William Longfellow and Anne Sewall, on 1 March 1711 in Newbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. The intention of marriage was recorded Dec. 23, 1710.^1,5,6 Benjamin Woodman died between 14 April 1748 and 4 July 1748.^2,7

     Ellen Maria Woodman was born on 20 March 1829 in Leeds, Maine.¹ She was the daughter of Ammi Woodman and Hannah Lane. Ellen Maria Woodman married Crosby Eaton, son of Isaac Eaton and Almira Sewall, in 1851. Ellen Maria Woodman died on 13 March 1853 in Leeds, Maine, at the age of 23.¹

     Horace Woodman was born circa 1830.¹ He was the son of John Woodman and Ann Hooper.¹ Horace Woodman died on 12 May 1892 in Saco, Maine.¹

     Joanna Woodman married Edward Woodman.

     John Woodman was born on 13 December 1800 in Hollis, York County, Maine.^1,2 He was the son of Shubael Woodman and Shuah Tarbox.¹ John Woodman married Ann Hooper on 28 November 1825 in Hollis, York County, Maine.² John Woodman died in 1835.¹

     John Woodman was born on 4 October 1750 in Newbury, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of Nathan Woodman and Olive Gray.¹ John Woodman died on 18 November 1828 in Buxton, Maine, at the age of 78.²
