     Lieut. Pierson Titcomb was born on 2 August 1776.¹ He was the son of John Titcomb and Elizabeth Pierson.¹ Lieut. Pierson Titcomb married firstly Marcrat (Peggy) Morrill on 6 April 1800 at Newburyport, Massachusetts.^1,3 Lieut. Pierson Titcomb married secondly Anne Maria de Les Dernier, daughter of Peter Francis Christian de Les Dernier and Elizabeth Ellis, after 1801.⁴ Lieut. Pierson Titcomb died on 11 December 1855 in Dedham at the age of 79.⁵
