Luce on 5 July 1888 in Farmington, Maine.² John Minot Soule married secondly Ida May Emery, daughter of Charles W. Emery, on 2 July 1906 in Farmington, Maine.³ John Minot Soule died in 1935 in Strong, Maine.⁴

     Lucy Church Soule was born on 12 October 1852.¹ She was the daughter of George Thomas Soule and Caroline Amelia Sewall.¹ Lucy Church Soule married Rev. Jacob Loring Pratt on 14 June 1876.¹ Lucy Church Soule died on 28 May 1919 in Farmington, Maine, at the age of 66.²

     Martha Louise Soule was born on 24 October 1850 in Strong, Franklin County, Maine.² She was the daughter of George Thomas Soule and Caroline Amelia Sewall.³ Martha Louise Soule married Charles F. Gilkey on 1 January 1874.³ Martha Louise Soule died on 30 October 1939 in Strong, Franklin County, Maine, at the age of 89² and is buried in Strong Village Cemetery, Strong, Franklin County, Maine.⁴

     Samuel Fletcher Soule was born on 2 November 1847 in Pompey, New York.¹ He was the son of John Soule and Charlotte Flint.¹

     Sydney S. Soule married Helen Cornelia Thorn, daughter of William Jones Thorn and Jane Stinson Sewall, on 5 September 1876 in Freeport, Cumberland County, Maine.^1,2

     Zachariah Soule was born on 10 November 1780 in Halifax, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.² He married Abigail Crosswell on 24 July 1807 in Farmington, Franklin County, Maine.^1,3 Zachariah Soule died in September 1837 at the age of 56.

     Daughter of Dr. Sontag, niece of the celebrated man of science, Dr. Hartman.³ Marie Elizabeth Ottilie Sountag married Patrick Edward Campbell, son of Alexander Campbell and Jane Ann Sewell, on 14 December 1878 in Paris, France.^1,2

     Christiana K. Southard was born on 6 August 1828 in Maine.² She married James Fogg Sewall, son of Dummer Sewall and Sarah (or Sallie) Wilson, on 6 June 1847 in Corinna, Penobscot County, Maine.^3,4 Christiana K. Southard and James Fogg Sewall appear on the census of 1900 at Corinna, Maine, the dates of birth given in the Census June 1835 for James and August 1838 for Christiana both appear to be ten years less than the true dates though they give the length of their marriage as 52 years. Living with them is their daughter Effie and her husband Edward Griffin, a farm labourer as well as a grand-daughter called Grace L. Lane aged 18 whose birth is given as September 1881.⁵ Christiana K. Southard died on 21 October 1900 at the age of 72¹ and is buried in the Village Cemetery, Corinna, Penobscot County, Maine.¹

     Lydia Lincoln Souther was the daughter of John Souther. Lydia Lincoln Souther married Thomas William Averill, son of Lt. Thomas Averill and Rachel Sewall, in September 1838 in Quincy, Massachusetts.²

     Elizabeth Southwork married George Coburn.¹

     Lillie Bell Sowle was born in July 1867 in Brighton, Livingstone County, Michigan.^2,3 She was the daughter of Sarah J. Sowle.¹ Lillie Bell Sowle married Arthur Wellesley Powell, son of Grant Powell and Elizabeth Mary Hurd, in 1889.²

     Charles Stuart Sowles was born on 8 June 1927 in San Bernardino County, California.¹ He was the son of Leo Rancelar Sowles and Eva Sewell.¹ Charles Stuart Sowles died on 17 July 2002 in California at the age of 75.²

     Dorothy Margaret Sowles was born on 26 October 1925 in San Bernadino, California.¹ She was the daughter of Leo Rancelar Sowles and Eva Sewell.¹ Dorothy Margaret Sowles died on 17 August 2003 in Nye, Nevada, at the age of 77.^2,3

     Leo Rancelar Sowles was born on 18 September 1905 in California. He married Eva Sewell, daughter of John Edward Taylor Sewell and Emma Mae Ricker, on 24 April 1925 in Santa Ana, California.¹ Leo Rancelar Sowles and Eva Sewell were divorced before 1930.² Leo Rancelar Sowles died on 27 June 1971 in San Diego, California, at the age of 65.³
