     Frances Georgiana Sewell was also known as Fanny Sewell.² She was born on 5 January 1816 in London though in the 1861 Census her age is given as 40.^3,4 She was the daughter of Chief Justice Jonathan/3 Sewell and Henrietta Smith.² Frances Georgiana Sewell married Major Trevor Humphreys, son of Rear Admiral Sir Salusbury Pryce Humphreys C.B., K.C.H. and Maria Davenport, on 1 July 1837 in Chapel of the Holy Trinity, Québec, Canada, the service was conducted by the Rev. H.D. Sewell.⁵ Frances Georgiana Sewell and Major Trevor Humphreys appeared in the 1861 census at Broomhall Hall, Macclesfield, Cheshire.⁶ Frances Georgiana Sewell appears on the census of 1881 at 7 Elphinstone Road, Portsea, Hampshire, a boarding house where she is described as a widow and an annuitant.³ She died on 7 December 1885 in Balham, London, England, at the age of 69.²

     Frances Georgina Sewell was born on 14 June 1849.¹ She was the daughter of Dr. Stephen Charles Sewell MD, LRCS and Isabella Geddes.¹ Frances Georgina Sewell was baptised on 22 July 1849 at Lennoxville, Québec.¹ She died on 4 October 1850 at the age of 1² and is buried on 6 October 1850 in Montréal.²

     Frances Story Sewell was born on 21 November 1837 in Québec.² She was the daughter of Col. John Saint Alban Sewell and Margaret or Mary Hobbs.³ Frances Story Sewell was baptised on 6 January 1838 at Chapel of the Holy Trinity, Québec.² She married Joshua Thompson on 6 September 1883 in St. Mathew's Church, Québec.¹ Frances Story Sewell died on 12 April 1935 in Québec at the age of 97⁴ and is buried on 15 April 1935 in Mount Hermon Cemetery.⁴

     Frank Colden Sewell was born on 16 November 1831 in Québec.² He was the son of Sheriff William Smith Sewell and Mary Isabella Smith.³ Frank Colden Sewell was baptised on 7 January 1832 the godparents were Henry D. Sewell, Thomas Smith and Maria Colden.² He died on 1 March 1833 in Québec "aged one year three months sixteen days"¹ and is buried on 3 March 1833 in Québec.¹

     Frederick Sewell was born in December 1898.¹ He was the son of Harold Edmund Sewell and Katherina Frederika Schallhorn.¹

     Frederick George Sewell was born on 31 March 1835 in Québec City and was privately baptised the same day.³ He was the son of Sheriff William Smith Sewell and Mary Isabella Smith.¹ He was a mining engineer. Frederick George Sewell married Jane Edwards, daughter of Capt. Richard Edwards and Jane Pryor, on 29 April 1857 in Houghton, Michigan.² Frederick George Sewell died on 10 March 1868 in Houghton, Michigan, at the age of 32² and is buried in Forest Hill Cemetery, Houghton, Houghton County, Michigan.⁴

     Frederick Henry Sewell was also known as Harry Sewell.¹ He was born in February 1858 in Houghton, Michigan.² He was the son of Frederick George Sewell and Jane Edwards.^3,1 Frederick Henry Sewell married Martha Mariah Hudson, daughter of Levi Hudson, on 11 February 1880 in Sun City, Kansas.¹ Frederick Henry Sewell and Martha Mariah Hudson appear on the census of 8 April 1930 at Great Falls, Montana.⁴ Frederick Henry Sewell died on 23 March 1937 in Great Falls, Montana, at the age of 79⁵ and is buried in Highland Cemetery, Great Falls, Montana.⁶

     Frederick Sheldon Sewell is also recorded as Frank Sheldon Sewell. He was born on 16 February 1910 in Great Falls, Montana.¹ He was the son of Frederick William Sewell and Jennie May McCallum.¹ Frederick Sheldon Sewell married Hazel Winsome Cummings, daughter of Eugene Cummings and Hattie Cross, on 19 April 1933 in Boulder, Jefferson County, Montana.² Frederick Sheldon Sewell and Hazel Winsome Cummings were divorced.² Frederick Sheldon Sewell married Elin Marie Bourgo, daughter of Mitchell Charles Burgo and Rose Marie (Unknown), on 3 February 1942 in Reno, Nevada.¹ Frederick Sheldon Sewell died on 20 February 2000 in Santa Clara, California, at the age of 90.³

     Frederick William Sewell was born on 22 May 1885 in Great Bend, Kansas.¹ He was the son of Frederick Henry Sewell and Martha Mariah Hudson.¹ Frederick William Sewell married Jennie May McCallum, daughter of Peter J. McCallum and Margaret Montgomery, on 12 April 1909 in Great Falls, Montana.² Frederick William Sewell and Jennie May McCallum appear on the census of 1910 at Great Falls, Montana, the census records them as having been married for a year, the baby Fred is at that time still un-named.³ Frederick William Sewell and Jennie May McCallum appear on the census of January 1920 at Great Falls, Montana, Frederick William Sewell's occupation is given as sewing machine agent.⁴ Frederick William Sewell died on 4 August 1967 in Cascade County, Montana, at the age of 82.⁵

     George Edmund Sewell was born on 2 February 1879.¹ He was the son of Edmund William Leveson Sewell and Mary Elizabeth Angelica Hall. George Edmund Sewell was born on 8 May 1879 by George V. Houseman, Rector of Quebec.² He died on 30 December 1881 in Québec "aged two years and eleven months"³ and is buried on 31 December 1881 in Mount Hermon, plot 725.⁴

     George Trevor Napier Sewell seems to have always been called Trevor Sewell.² He was born on 12 April 1860 in Québec.¹ He was the son of Dr. James Arthur Sewell and Jane Beswick.³ George Trevor Napier Sewell was baptised on 18 September 1860 the Chapel of the Holy Trinity by E.W. Sewell.¹ He married Emily Walmsley Welch, daughter of Henry Walmsley Welch and Lucretia Mary Cowan, on 17 September 1891 in St. Andrew's Church, Québec.⁴ George Trevor Napier Sewell died before 14 February 1900 in Quebec s.p. (The date upon which the inventory of his estate was taken.)⁵

     Geraldine Eva Constance Sewell was born on 8 February 1909 in Québec.² She was the daughter of Charles Albert Sewell and Eva Jane Ross.¹ Geraldine Eva Constance Sewell was born on 6 May 1909 in Québec Charles Ross and Mary Evelyn Ross were the sponsors.² She died on 3 March 1993 in St. Brigid's Home, Sillery, Québec, at the age of 84 unmarried^3,4 and is buried on 19 March 1993 in Mount Hermon Cemetery, plot 374.¹

     Geraldine May Sewell was born on 19 November 1830 in Québec.¹ She was the daughter of Sheriff William Smith Sewell and Mary Isabella Smith.² Geraldine May Sewell was baptised on 25 January 1831 at Québec.¹ She married Colonel Thomas Bromhead Butt, son of Rev. Thomas Butt and Catherine Bromhead, on 14 July 1852 in Trinity Chapel, Québec, Canada, the service was conducted by the Rev. E.W. Sewell.^3,4 Geraldine May Sewell appears in the 1881 census at Anerley Park, Penge, Surrey, with three of her daughters and three domestic staff.⁵ She died on 30 April 1898 in London at the age of 67. Her last address was 33 Gloucester Street, Belgrave Road. Her daughter Margaret Lucy Butt was administratrix.⁶ She is buried in Brompton Cemetery, West Brompton, London.⁷

     Geraldine W. Sewell is also recorded as Angelo Louise Sewell which is the name that appears on the registration of her birth but cannot be found on any subsequent record.² She was born on 23 November 1888 in Toronto, Ontario.³ She was the daughter of Stephen St. Albans Sewell and Clara Priscilla Lepper.¹ From 12 April 1918 to 30 June 1919 she was a volunteer nurse at Weir Hospital, Grove Road, Balham, London.⁴ Geraldine W. Sewell died on 7 March 1924 in The General Hospital, Toronto, at the age of 35 of thyroid toxaemia.¹

     Gertrude Sewell was born on 2 August 1833 in Québec.³ She was the daughter of Sheriff William Smith Sewell and Mary Isabella Smith.¹ Gertrude Sewell was baptised on 18 September 1833 at Québec.³ Gertrude's death was registered in the quarter ending December 1859 in the Dartford, Kent, registration district; she died unmarried.⁴

     Gertrude Sewell was born in December 1851 in Sorel, Province of Québec.^1,2 She was the daughter of Dr. Edward Quincy Sewell and Susan Wilson Haydon.¹ Gertrude Sewell died on 8 May 1927 in the Homeopathic Hospital, Montréal, at the age of 75^3,1 and is buried on 10 May 1927 in Mount Royal Cemetery, Montréal.^3,1

     Gladys Hope Sewell was born on 24 September 1892 in Belleville, Ontario.² She was the daughter of Reginald Lambton Sewell and Clara Ann Henderson.¹ In April 1915 she signed her attestation papers to serve as a nurse with the Canadian Over-Seas Expeditionary Force. Gladys Hope Sewell married Dr. James Wells Ross O.B.E., son of James F.W. Ross and Adelaide M. Gooderham, on 25 August 1915 in St. John's Church, World's End, Chelsea, London.³ Gladys Hope Sewell died on 3 February 1933 in St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto, at the age of 40 of peritonitis⁴ and is buried on 6 February 1933 from 133 Dunvegan Road, internment at St. James Cemetery.⁴

     Harold Edmund Sewell. A broker.¹ He was born on 12 January 1864 in Toronto, Ontario.^2,3 He was the son of Robert Shore Milnes Sewell and Louisa F. Wicksteed.⁴ Harold Edmund Sewell married Katherina Frederika Schallhorn, daughter of Christopher Schallhorn and Christina Jaerke, on 25 November 1896 at 209 University Street, York, Ontario, the groom was of the Church of England and the bride of the German Lutheran Church.¹ Harold Edmund Sewell died on 1 July 1909 in Coleman, Nipissing, Ontario, at the age of 45.⁵

     Harold Macrae Sewell was born on 17 July 1900 in Québec City, Québec.² He was the son of Charles Albert Sewell and Eva Jane Ross.¹ Harold Macrae Sewell was baptised on 22 September 1900 at Québec the sponsors were E. Russell Hale and Cornelia Sewell.² He married Laura Roberts on 31 August 1929 in West Sheffied, Québec.³ In 1969 Harold Macrae Sewell and Laura Roberts was living in 1215 Rousseau Ave., Québec 6, Québec, Canada. Harold Macrae Sewell died on 28 March 1978 in Québec City, Québec, at the age of 77⁴ and is buried in Mount Hermon cemetery, Québec.⁵

     Harold McDonald Sewell was born on 20 November 1891 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.² He was the son of Stephen St. Albans Sewell and Clara Priscilla Lepper.³ His attestation paper dated on 11 July 1916 show him as a draughtsman living at home with his mother at 96 Spencer Avenue, Toronto.⁴ Harold McDonald Sewell died on 16 August 1976 in Vernon, British Columbia, at the age of 84⁵ and is buried in Armstrong Cemetery, Armstrong, North Okanagan Regional DistrictCounty, British Columbia.⁶

     Harriette Josephine Sewell was born on 12 April 1900 in Houghton, Michigan.² She was the daughter of Herbert Joseph Sewell and Rachel Mathews.² Harriette Josephine Sewell married George W. Sample Jr. on 23 August 1923 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.² Harriette Josephine Sewell died on 21 May 1970 in Long Beach, California, at the age of 70² and is buried in Forest Hills Cemetery, Ann Arbor, Michigan.²

     Helen Beatrice Hope Sewell was born on 27 August 1878 in Québec.² She was the daughter of Dr. Charles Colin Sewell and Helen Amelia Webster.¹ Helen Beatrice Hope Sewell was baptised on 9 October 1878 at Holy Trinity Church, Québec, godparents were H.H. Sewell, Elspeth Sewell and Mary Elizabeth Skipton.³ She married Hubert Clifford Foy, son of William Lowndes Toller Foy and Emily Gold, on 13 November 1901 in Québec.⁴ At some timea possible address of Helen Beatrice Hope Sewell was 220 Grande Allée, Québec City.⁵ She died on 11 December 1971 at the age of 93.⁶

     Helen Constance Sewell was born on 1 February 1902 in Houghton, Michigan.¹ She was the daughter of William Edwards Sewell and Sara Collins Owens.¹ She was a nurse. Helen Constance Sewell married Herbert Carl Eggers, son of Rev. F. Herman Eggers and Rosaline Treu, on 23 July 1930 in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin.² Helen Constance Sewell died on 22 August 1956 in Genesee, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, at the age of 54³ and is buried in Genesee Cemetery, Genesee, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.⁴

     Helen Louisa Sewell was born on 16 September 1803 in Montréal.² She was the daughter of Stephen Sewell K.C. and Jane Caldwell.¹ Helen Louisa Sewell was baptised on 3 October 1803 at Christ Church Cathedral, Montréal.² She died on 18 February 1806 at the age of 2³ and is buried on 22 February 1806 in Montréal.³

     Helen Westerine Sewell was born on 14 June 1908 in Perth, Ontario.¹ She was the daughter of Colin James Sewell and Robina Buchan Blackburn.¹

     Henrietta Eliza Sewell was born on 14 October 1808 in Québec City.¹ She was the daughter of Chief Justice Jonathan/3 Sewell and Henrietta Smith. Henrietta Eliza Sewell was baptised on 23 November 1808 at Québec.¹ She married Rev. Dr. Francis James Lundy D.C.L., son of Rev. Francis Lundy M.A. and Agnes Elizabeth Rudd, on 11 May 1837 in Chapel of the Holy Trinity, Québec, the service being conducted by the Rev. E. W. Sewell. in the notice of marriage the groom is described as being of University College, Oxford. In the copy of the registration of the marriage he is described as Head Master of the Classical School at Quebec.^2,3,4 Henrietta Eliza Sewell died on 17 November 1847 in Dr. Melville's house, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Lincoln County, Ontario, at the age of 39 of puerperal fever.⁵ She was buried on 19 November 1847 in St. Mark's churchyard, Niagara-on-the-Lake. In the east corner of the church there is a tablet: "Sacred to the memory of Henrietta Eliza Sewell, wife of F. J. Lundy, B. C. L., assistant minister of this parish, and daughter of the Hon. Jonathan Sewell, D. C. L., late Chief justice of Lower Canada, died 1847, aged 39."⁶

     Henrietta Elizabeth Story Sewell was born on 6 September 1829 in Quebec.¹ She was the daughter of Col. John Saint Alban Sewell and Margaret or Mary Hobbs.² Henrietta Elizabeth Story Sewell was baptised on 25 May 1830 at Québec.¹ A contract for the marriage of Francis Neil Primrose and Henrietta Elizabeth Story Sewell was signed on 4 June 1857 at Québec; before Phillipe Huot, notaire.³ She married secondly George Edmund Halliday on 30 April 1867 in Bath.^4,5 Henrietta Elizabeth Story Sewell died on 2 October 1871 at Queens Parade Place, Bath, at the age of 42.⁶

     Henrietta Maria Sewell was born on 18 July 1797 in Québec.² She was the daughter of Chief Justice Jonathan/3 Sewell and Henrietta Smith.¹ Henrietta Maria Sewell was baptised on 27 July 1797 at Québec by Salter Jehosaphat Mountain.² She died on 1 August 1797 in Québec.² She was re-interred on 26 October 1865 at Mount Hermon Cemetery, Plot 463.¹

     Henrietta Rushout Sewell was born on 28 April 1831 in Québec City.² She was the daughter of Rev. Edmund Willoughby Sewell and Susan Stewart.¹ Henrietta Rushout Sewell was baptised on 22 June 1831 at Chapel of the Holy Trinity, Québec, by the Rev. Mountain.² She married Henry William Woodward on 22 June 1854 in Trinity Chapel, Québec City, by the Rev. George Mackie.¹ Henrietta Rushout Sewell died on 15 December 1915 in Hamilton at the age of 84¹ and is buried in Hamilton Cemetery. With H.W.W.¹

     Henry Arthur Sewell is recorded as Arthur Sewell in the 1911 Census.² He was born on 19 April 1897 in Lake St. Joseph, Portneuf County, Québec.^3,1 He was the son of Charles Albert Sewell and Eva Jane Ross.⁴ Henry Arthur Sewell was baptised on 30 May 1897 at Chapel of the Holy Trinity, Québec.³ By in October 1916 he had served for three years in the 8th R.R., eleven months in the 42nd Bn. C.E.F. and four months in the 17th Bn. C.E.F. by which time he had been commissioned as a Lieutenant. He married Grace Violet Douglas, daughter of Thomas Luke Douglas, on 19 July 1921 in St. Mathew's Church, Québec.⁵ Henry Arthur Sewell died on 27 March 1983 in St. Catherines at the age of 85.⁴
