     Frances Ethel Primrose was born on 21 March 1860 in Sainte Foy, Québec.1 She was the daughter of Francis Neil Primrose and Henrietta Elizabeth Story Sewell.1 Frances Ethel Primrose was baptised on 29 April 1860 at Chapel of the Holy Trinity, Québec, privately by the Rev. E.W. Sewell.1 She married Henry Stafford Tyndale-Biscoe, son of William Earle Biscoe and Elizabeth Carey Sandeman, on 22 January 1884 in St. Luke's, Torquay, Devon,
The marriage of Mr. H. Stafford T. Biscoe eldest son of W. E. Biscoe, Esq., of Holton Park, Oxfordshire, with Miss F. E. Primrose, only child of the late F. N. Primrose, Esq., of Bixley Hall, Norfolk, was celebrated at St. Luke’s, Torquay, on Tuesday morning, the 22nd inst. The Rev. P. Williams, Rector of Rewe, Exeter, cousin of the bride, officiated, assisted by the Rev. W. S. Boyle, Vicar of the parish. The service was choral, Hymn 360 being sung as the bride came up the aisle, and Hymn 379 at the conclusion of the service. The bride was given away by her uncle, Mr. E. M. Primrose, and was attended by six bridesmaids — Miss M. and Miss A. Halliday, Miss Claudine Primrose, Miss Mary Harris, Miss Tyndale-Biscoe, and Miss M. Mackenzie. The bride wore an ivory Duchesse satin dress, trimmed with Brussels lace, tulle veil, and wreath of orange blossoms. The dresses of the bridesmaids were pale blue embroidered muslin, trimmed with cream lace; straw hats with lace and blue feathers. The bridegroom was attended by his brother, Mr. A. S. Tyndale-Biscoe, R.A., as best man. After the register was signed the guests returned to Sorel, the residence of Mrs. G. C. Harris, the bride’s aunt, for the wedding breakfast. Mr. and Mrs. Stafford Biscoe left Torquay at three o’clock for Salisbury, en route for Westfield, Hayling Island, lent to them by Mrs. Sandeman, the bridegroom’s grandmother. The bride’s travelling dress was dark grey cashmere and velvet costume, trimmed with brown maratout, and grey bonnet with a red feather. Amongst the wedding presents, which were very numerous and handsome, were particularly noticeable a handsome walnut wood library writing-table, presented by the tenant farmers of the Holton Estate and T. E. Withington, Esq., of Holton Cottage; a handsome revolving breakfast dish, by the cottage tenants; a pair of silver-gilt sugar tongs and tea scoop and bedroom candlestick, by the servants at Holton Park; a family Bible, by the mistress and children of Holton School; and a silver tea service and candlesticks, by the tenants of the Bixley Hall Estate and — Hansell, Esq.2,3 Frances Ethel Primrose died on 12 March 1926 in Hayfield, Derbyshire, at the age of 65.

     Francis Neil Primrose was born on 27 March 1832.2 He was the son of Hon. Francis Ward Primrose Q.C. and Percy Gore.2 Francis Neil Primrose was baptised on 24 July 1832 at Holy Trinity, Québec.2 A contract for the marriage of Francis Neil Primrose and Henrietta Elizabeth Story Sewell was signed on 4 June 1857 at Québec; before Phillipe Huot, notaire.1 Francis Neil Primrose died on 24 November 1864 in Québec at the age of 32.3 He was buried on 28 November 1864 in Québec, by the Rev. George V. Housman. A memorial inscription has been added to his father's gravestone in Mount Hermon cemetery AA19.3,4

     Cleo Prince was born on 8 February 1921 in Oakfield, Maine.2 She was the daughter of Owen L. Prince and Nina Francis Duton.1 Cleo Prince married William Wingate Sewall, son of Fred Stinson Sewall and Phyllis E. Garverich, on 26 November 1938.2 Cleo Prince died on 23 October 2014 in Mountain Heights Health Care Facility, Patten, Maine, at the age of 93.1

ISLAND FALLS – Cleo Prince Sewall, 92, passed away Oct. 23, 2014 at Mountain Heights in Patten. She was born February 8, 1921 in Oakfield, the daughter of Owen L. and Nina Francis (Duton) Prince. She was wife of the late William Sewall of Island Falls.
After her sons were grown, Cleo went back to school and earned her nursing degree. She worked many years at Madigan Hospital in Houlton, Milliken Memorial Hospital in Island Falls and Patten Nursing Home. After retirement, Cleo traveled extensively to China, Turkey, North Africa, England, Hawaii and Japan. She was always fascinated by the Native American Indians of south western United States and took every opportunity to visit their dwellings and study their culture. Cleo was an avid reader and collector of books, many of which she later donated to the Katahdin Public Library or passed onto friends. She will be fondly remembered for her hospitality and the great family dinners that always included friends of all ages.
She is survived by two sons, William W. Sewall and wife, Joyce of Washburn and David O. Sewall and wife, Jill of Dyer Brook; 5 grandchildren, Lynn Bokovski of Somersworth, NH, William Sewall and wife, Theresa of Milford, David Sewall and fiancée, Andrea Barr of East Millinocket, Levi Sewall and wife, Christine from Herman, Hydi Prentice and husband, Rob from Rochester NM; 8 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Sherry Shaw of Oakfield; 2 sisters-in-law, Marilyn Prince of Houlton and Maryann Prince of Castleon, NY. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband; 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

     Richard Sewall Prosser was born on 8 April 1930 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was the son of William Lloyd Prosser and Eleanor Sewall.1 He graduated as a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. He served in the army from 1952-54 and was stationed at Fort Ord. An expert in the field of transportation, Mr. Prosser was employed briefly by Shell Oil Company and by the Minnesota Mining Company in the freight traffic department. He spent most of his professional career teaching business, economics, and accounting. Mr. Prosser was an avid railroad fan and he wrote a scholarly history of the Minnesota railroads entitled Rails to the North Star which was published in 1966. Richard Sewall Prosser died on 27 July 2005 in Berkeley, California, at the age of 75 after a short illness.2
