     Jane Elizabeth Helen Oliver was born on 13 October 1845.² She was the daughter of Thomas Hamilton Oliver and Jane Elizabeth Jamieson.³ Jane Elizabeth Helen Oliver married Alexander W. Sewell, son of Rev. Edmund Willoughby Sewell and Susan Stewart, on 13 May 1871 in Québec the service was conducted by the Rev. H.D. Powis.¹ Jane Elizabeth Helen Oliver died on 4 February 1917 in Québec at the age of 71⁴ and is buried on 6 February 1917 in Mount Hermon Cemetery.^4,5

     John Oliver was born in 1613 in Bristol.² He married Joanna Lowell, daughter of Percival Lowell and Rebecca (Unknown), in 1639 in Bristol.² John Oliver died in 1642 in Newbury, Massachusetts.³

     John Oliver was the son of Thomas Oliver and Margaret (Unknown).¹ John Oliver married Elizabeth Rowlan.¹ John Oliver died in 1598.¹

     Mary Oliver was born on 7 June 1640 in Newbury, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of John Oliver and Joanna Lowell. Mary Oliver married Samuel Appleton, son of Samuel Appleton and Judith Everard, on 8 December 1656 in Newbury, Massachusetts.² Mary Oliver died on 15 February 1698 in Ipswich, Massachusetts, at the age of 57.³

     Mary Oliver married Thomas Sparhawk, son of Samuel Sparhawk and Sarah Whiting, on 14 January 1730/31.²

     Mary Lynde Oliver was born on 20 December 1781.² She was the daughter of Rev. Thomas Fitch Oliver and Sarah Pynchon.¹ Mary Lynde Oliver married Joseph Story, son of Dr. Elisha Story and Mehitable Pedrick, on 9 December 1804 in Salem, Massachusetts.³ Mary Lynde Oliver died on 22 June 1805 at the age of 23.²

     Mercy Oliver was born in 1695.¹ She was the daughter of Dr. James Oliver and Mercy Bradstreet.¹

     Nathaniel Oliver married Mercy Wendell, daughter of Hon. Colonel Jacob Wendell and Sarah Oliver, on 25 June 1741 in Boston, Massachusetts.²

     Nathaniel Oliver was born on 8 March 1652.¹ He was the son of Peter Oliver and Sarah Newdigate.¹

     Peter Oliver was born circa 1615 probably in Lilford, Northamptonshire.² He was the son of Thomas Oliver and Agnes (Unknown) widow Henson.³ Peter Oliver married Sarah Newdigate, daughter of John Newdigate. Peter Oliver died on 11 April 1670.⁴

     Peter Oliver married Mary Wendell, daughter of Abraham Wendell and Katrina de Kay, in 1745.¹

     Peter Oliver was born on 3 March 1655.¹ He was the son of Peter Oliver and Sarah Newdigate.¹

     Peter Oliver was born on 17 March 1713.¹ He was the son of Daniel Oliver and Elizabeth Belcher.¹ Peter Oliver graduated in 1730 from Harvard.² He married Mary Clarke on 5 July 1733.³ Though not educated a lawyer, he was appointed Chief Justice of Massachusetts in 1756; and in McFingal it is asked, —
"Did Heaven appoint our chief judge Oliver,
Fill that high bench with ignoramus,
Or has it councils by mandamus ?"

Judge Oliver was proscribed and banished, and his estate was confiscated. In addition to his judicial station he was a Mandamus Councillor. He went to Halifax at the evacuation of Boston in 1776. Subsequently he embarked for England. Of the five Judges of the Superior Court of Massachusetts at the Revolutionary era, four, to wit, the subject of this notice, Edmund Trowbridge, Foster Hutchinson, and William Browne, were Loyalists. The Whig member of the Court was William Cushing. In 1774 Oliver was impeached by the Legislature for refusing to receive, as usual, a grant for his services from the Colonial Treasury, and because he would not engage to accept of any emolument from the Crown.² Peter Oliver died in 1791 in England.²

     Samuel Oliver was the son of Peter Oliver and Sarah Newdigate.¹ Samuel Oliver died in 1657.¹

     Sarah Oliver was born on 4 September 1696 in Cambridge, Massachusetts.² She was the daughter of Dr. James Oliver and Mercy Bradstreet.³ Sarah Oliver was baptised on 20 December 1696 at Cambridge, Massachusetts.⁴ She married Hon. Colonel Jacob Wendell, son of Capt. Johannes Wendell and Elizabeth Staats, on 12 August 1714 in Boston, Massachusetts.⁵ Sarah Oliver died on 22 July 1762 in Boston, Massachusetts, at the age of 65.⁴

     Sarah Oliver was baptised on 7 January 1644.¹ She was the daughter of Peter Oliver and Sarah Newdigate. Sarah Oliver died in 1707.

     Thomas Oliver was born say 1575 (earlier suggestions that his birth may have taken place in about 1582 in Lewes, Sussex do not seem to fit with current research.)^1,2,3 He was the son of John Oliver and Elizabeth Rowlan.² Thomas Oliver married firstly Agnes (Unknown) widow Henson on 27 October 1600 in Lilford, Northamptonshire.³ Thomas Oliver died on 1 June 1658.¹

     Rev. Thomas Fitch Oliver was born on 4 May 1757.² He was the son of Hon. Andrew Oliver and Mary Lynde.^3,2 Rev. Thomas Fitch Oliver graduated in 1775 from Harvard.³ He married Sarah Pynchon, daughter of William Pynchon and Catherine Sewall, on 7 June 1778 in Salem, Massachusetts.^4,2 Rev. Thomas Fitch Oliver died on 25 January 1797 in Garretson Forest, near Baltimore, Maryland, at the age of 39.³

     Thomas Hamilton Oliver was born in 1810 in Londonderry. Shipbuilder of Québec.¹ He married Jane Elizabeth Jamieson. Thomas Hamilton Oliver died on 5 July 1880 in Québec City.

     Thomas Vinton Oliver was born on 21 July 1819.² He married Caroline Sewall, daughter of Gen. James Sewall and Anne Maria Rudulph, on 2 November 1846 in Elkton, Cecil County, Maryland, They had one son, Charles K. Oliver and three daughters.¹ Thomas Vinton Oliver died on 18 February 1882 at 234 Maryland Avenue, Baltimore, at the age of 62² and was buried in the Sewall family vault in Holly Hall, Elkton.²

     William Pynchon Oliver took the name Peter Oliver and refused to be called anything else.¹ He was born in 1822.¹ He was the son of Professor Daniel Oliver.¹ William Pynchon Oliver died in 1855 at sea.¹

     Frances Elizabeth Olney married T.W. Gardiner Fry.¹ Frances Elizabeth Olney was born in 1821.¹ She was the daughter of Rev. Gideon W. Olney and Frances Billings Clapp.¹ Frances Elizabeth Olney died in 1904.¹

     Rev. Gideon W. Olney was born in 1794.² He married Frances Billings Clapp, daughter of Hon. Asa Godfry Clapp and Elizabeth Williams Quincy.¹ Rev. Gideon W. Olney died in 1838.²

     Mabel Hellene Olsen was born on 2 July 1886 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.^2,3 She was the daughter of Thorvald Olsen and Gunda Halverson.^1,3 Mabel Hellene Olsen married Thomas Robie Sewall, son of Joseph Sewall Sewall and Ida Christina Peterson, on 2 June 1914 in Trinity Lutheran Church, Stevens Point, Wisconsin.¹ Mabel Hellene Olsen died in October 1968 at the age of 82^2,4 and is buried in Forest Cemetery, Stevens Point, Portage County, Wisconsin.²

     Thorvald Olsen married Gunda Halverson.²

     John Henry Onions was born on 6 January 1898.² He married Alma Stroheker, daughter of William Henry Stroheker and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Sewall, circa 1927.¹ John's death was registered in the quarter ending September 1975 in the an unknown place registration district.²
