The deforciants remitted all right to the complainants and to the heirs of John Whitbye, for which the complainants gave them £140.⁴

     Effie Pearl Doty was born on 3 August 1875 in Franklin Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania.¹ She was the daughter of George Doty and Elizabeth J. Mitchell.¹ Effie Pearl Doty married William John Sewall, son of Oliver Henry Sewall and Elizabeth Jane Miller, circa 1893 in Pennsylvania.¹ Effie Pearl Doty died on 27 March 1956 in Ellwood City, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, at the age of 80¹ and is interred in the Locust Grove Mausoleum, Ellwood City, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.²

     Agnes Douglas of Dalkeith married Sir John Livingston, Lord of Callendar, son of Sir William de Livingston, and Christian de Callendar, in 1381.¹

     Archibald Douglas, 6th Earl of Angus was born in 1490?¹ He married Margaret Tudor, daughter of Henry Tudor, King Henry VII and Elizabeth of York, circa 5 August 1514 in Kinnoul Church.² Archibald Douglas, 6th Earl of Angus died in 1557.¹

     Archibald Douglas Earl of Douglas was born circa 1330.¹ He died in 1400.¹

     Colin Riordan Douglas CD was also known as Larry Douglas.¹ He was born on 16 April 1915 in Toronto.¹ He married Betty Juliet Gordon, daughter of Arthur St. Clair Gordon and Gretta Steinholf, after 1951.¹ Colin Riordan Douglas CD died on 1 August 1992? In Princess Margaret Hospital at the age of 77¹ and is interred in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto, Ontario.²
