     Sarah Wadsworth was born on 29 June 1784. She was the daughter of Ira Wadsworth and Sarah Freeman.

     Uriah Wadsworth was born on 13 March 1751. He was the son of Deacon Peleg Wadsworth and Lusanna Sampson. Uriah Wadsworth married Eunice Bradford in 1789.

     Wealthea Wadsworth was baptised in 1759. She was the daughter of Deacon Peleg Wadsworth and Lusanna Sampson. Wealthea Wadsworth married Major (?) Alden in 1780.

     Zilpah Wadsworth was born on 6 January 1778 in Duxbury.⁴ She was the daughter of Gen. Peleg Wadsworth and Elisabeth Bartlett.^3,2 Zilpah Wadsworth married Hon. Stephen Longfellow, son of Hon. Stephen Longfellow and Patience Young, on 1 January 1804 in Portland.^2,5,6 Zilpah Wadsworth died on 12 March 1851 in Portland, Maine, at the age of 73.⁴

     Zilpah Wadsworth was born on 8 April 1746. He was the son of Deacon Peleg Wadsworth and Lusanna Sampson. Zilpah Wadsworth married Perez Drew on 6 February 1772.

     Zilpha Wadsworth was born on 21 June 1742. He was the son of Deacon Peleg Wadsworth and Lusanna Sampson. Zilpha Wadsworth died on 23 March 1744 at the age of 1.

     Anne Wagstaffe was born in 1563.¹ She married William Sewall, son of William Sewall and Matilda Horne, on 12 June 1581 in Harbury, Warwickshire.² Anne Wagstaffe died on 20 December 1609 in Coventry.¹ She was buried in St. Michael's Church, Coventry.³

     Elizabeth Howard Wailes was born on 21 March 1781 in Prince George's County, Maryland.¹ She was the daughter of Edward Lloyd Wailes.¹ Elizabeth Howard Wailes married Lewis Sewall, son of Charles Sewall and Ann Violetta Goodrick, on 30 October 1797 in Columbia County, Georgia.² Elizabeth Howard Wailes died on 15 October 1825 in Washington County, Alabama, at the age of 44.¹

     Elizabeth Wainwright was born in 1679.² She married as his second wife Hon. Judge Addington Davenport on 10 November 1698 in Ipswich.^1,2,3 Elizabeth Wainwright died in 1756.²

     John Howard Wainwright married Margaret Livingston Stuyvesant, daughter of Nicholas William Stuyvesant and Augusta Chesebrough.¹

     Mary Wainwright was born in 1657.¹ She married Rev. Jeremiah Shepard, son of Rev. Thomas Shepard and Margaret Boradaile.¹ Mary Wainwright died on 28 March 1710 in Lynn.¹

     Mehitabel Wainwright was the daughter of Capt. Simon Wainwright and Sarah Gilbert.¹ Mehitabel Wainwright married Richard Saltonstall, son of Colonel Nathaniel Saltonstall and Elizabeth Ward, on 25 March 1702.¹

     Capt. Simon Wainwright was born in 1660?² He was the son of Francis Wainwright.¹ Capt. Simon Wainwright married Sarah Gilbert on 6 October 1688 in Haverhill.^1,2 Capt. Simon Wainwright died in 1708.²

     Colonel Benjamin Wait was born in 1737 in Sudbury, Massachusetts.¹ He married Lois Gilbert, daughter of Thomas Gilbert and Sarah Gilbert.¹ In 1776 he served in the capture of Ticonderoga and commanded a company of Green Mountain Rangers, 1776. In 1777 he was appointed sheriff; served on the Board of War, 1781 and in 1782 was colonel of Vermont militia.¹ Colonel Benjamin Wait died in 1822 in Waitsfield, Vermont.¹

     Ezra Wait Jr. was the son of Ezra Wait Sr. and Elizabeth Chandler.¹ Ezra Wait Jr. married Sarah A. Phillips.¹

     Ezra Wait Sr. was born in 1768.¹ He was the son of Colonel Benjamin Wait and Lois Gilbert.¹ Ezra Wait Sr. married Elizabeth Chandler, daughter of Samuel Chandler and Margaret Thompson. In 1781 served as a private in his father's regiment of Vermont militia.¹ Ezra Wait Sr. died in 1815.¹

     Fanny Wait was the daughter of Ezra Wait Jr. and Sarah A. Phillips.¹ Fanny Wait married Henry Deveraux Goodale, son of Dr. Charles Goodale and Mary Elizabeth Sewall, in 1875.² Fanny Wait died in 1914.²

     Richard Wait. Lawyer.² He was born in 1901 in Medford, Massachusetts.³ He was the son of William Cushing Wait and Edith Foote Wright.¹ Richard Wait died in 1979.¹

     William Cushing Wait was born on 18 December 1860 in Charlestown, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of Elijah S. Wait and Eliza A. (Unknown).² His early education was in the public schools of Medford. He was graduated from Harvard College, A.B. summa cum laude in 1882 and received his A.M. there in 1885. He attended the Harvard Law School from 1882 to 1885 and then received his LL.B., thence he practised in Boston until his elevation to the Superior Court. For a time he shared an office with his classmate George Eaton. Then he became a partner with Samuel J. Elder under the style of Elder & Wait until 1893, when Edmund A. Whitman joined the firm and the name became Elder, Wait & Whitman. In 1902, he was appointed by Governor Crane an associate justice of the Superior Court. He so remained until his sixty-third birthday, 18th December 1923. The following day he was appointed by Governor Cox an associate justice of the Supreme Judicial Court, where he remained until his retirement on 12th December 1934.¹ William Cushing Wait married Edith Foote Wright, daughter of John Seward Wright and Mary Clark Green, on 1 January 1889 in Medford, Massachusetts.^1,2 William Cushing Wait died on 28 January 1935 in Medford, Massachusetts, at the age of 74.¹

     Hannah Waite was born on 17 September 1709 in Malden, Massachusetts.² She was the daughter of Joseph Waite and Lydia Sargent.¹ Hannah Waite married firstly Phineas Upham, son of Phineas Upham and Tamesin Hill, on 30 December 1730.² Hannah Waite married secondly Israel Cook on 11 January 1744/45. Hannah Waite died on 3 October 1789 in Boston, Massachusetts, at the age of 80.¹

     Capt. John Waite was born in 1618?² He was the son of Samuel Waite and Mary Ward.¹ Capt. John Waite married firstly Mary Hills, daughter of Joseph Hills and Rose (Unknown), circa 1650 in England.³ Capt. John Waite died on 26 September 1693 in Malden, Massachusetts.⁴

     Joseph Waite was born circa 1675 in Malden, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of Joseph Waite and Hannah Oakes.² Joseph Waite married Lydia Sargent, daughter of John Sargent and Lydia Chipman, in 1701.¹ Joseph Waite died on 9 April 1725 in Malden, Massachusetts.³

     Joseph Waite was the son of Capt. John Waite and Mary Hills.¹ Joseph Waite married as his first wife Hannah Oakes, daughter of Thomas Oakes and Elizabeth (Unknown), on 7 August 1672 at Malden, Massachusetts.² Joseph Waite married Mercy Tufts on 24 October 1688.³ Joseph Waite died in 1692 in Malden, Massachusetts.³
