Volunteers and was discharged on 25 September 1865.⁴ He died on 20 January 1913 in Albany, New York, at the age of 74.

My two daughters Hannah and Mary Power. My brother-in-law William Power. My two brothers in law Thomas Power and George Hill. Mr Henry Wright, Richard Walton and Elizabeth Ambler. The report of the Augmentation. Henry West my brother-in-law. Mr Francis Phippes, Mr Richard Shewell, Mr Abraham Randall and William Power my brothers and a dear friends".
Administration granted, 1 May 1633, to a Richard Sewell uncle of Stephen Power the natural and lawful son of the deceased during his minority. The will was proved 5 February 1638 by Stephen Power the son &c. Waters: Genealogical Gleanings.²
She died between 15 January 1633 and 30 April 1633 in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.³

Anne Sewall was baptised by Mr. Parker.³ She married Ensign William Longfellow, son of William Longfellow and Elizabeth Thornton, on 10 November 1678 in Newbury, Essex County.^1,4,5 Anne Sewall married secondly Henry Short, son of Henry Short and Sarah Glover, on 11 May 1692 at Newbury.^6,5 Anne Sewall died on 18 December 1706 at the age of 44.³
