     Maria Jane McMaster was born on 18 April 1812 in Pittsfield, Maine.¹ She married Levi Johnson Merrick, son of Barnabas Palmer Merrick and Deborah Sewall, in 1830 in Pittsfield, Maine.¹ Maria Jane McMaster died on 27 July 1876 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at the age of 64.¹ She was buried in Forest Home Cemetery, Milwaukee.¹

     William Henry McMaster married Amanda Malvinia Merrick, daughter of Barnabas Palmer Merrick and Deborah Sewall, in 1840.¹

     Clara D. McMillan was the daughter of Gilbert McMillan and Susan Kneeland McFarland.¹

     Gilbert McMillan married Susan Kneeland McFarland, daughter of Rev. Asa McFarland and Elizabeth Kneeland, on 17 January 1806 in North Conway, New Hampshire.¹

     Edmund Temple McMullen was born on 14 May 1907 in Toronto.² He was the son of James Edward McMullen and Naomi Georgina Cuthbert Temple.¹ Edmund Temple McMullen died on 5 April 1979 in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the age of 71.³

     James Edward McMullen was born on 20 June 1872 in Woodstock, Ontario.² He was the son of Rev. William Thomas McMullen and Susanna Gilbert.^1,2 James Edward McMullen married Naomi Georgina Cuthbert Temple, daughter of Edmond Bonner Temple and Louise Smith Douglas, on 3 January 1906 in Toronto.² Was a pupil in the public and high schools of Woodstock and afterward entered Osgoode Hall at Toronto, Ontario, from which he was graduated with the class of 1896. Having carefully prepared for the practice of law, he was called to the Ontario bar in that year and opened a law office at Galt, Ontario, where he remained until 1898. He then joined the staff of the legal department of the Canadian Pacific Railway at Montreal, and remained there until 1906, when he went to Vancouver to take charge of that company's legal business in British Columbia.²

     Major James Edward Temple McMullen was born circa 1912.² He was the son of James Edward McMullen and Naomi Georgina Cuthbert Temple.¹ Major James Edward Temple McMullen was killed in action on 6 October 1943 in Chieti, Italy, serving with the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada.² He was buried in 1944 in The Moro River Canadian War Cemetery.²

     Naomi Temple McMullen was born on 30 May 1911.² She was the daughter of James Edward McMullen and Naomi Georgina Cuthbert Temple.¹ Naomi Temple McMullen married Ronald Hopkins.² Naomi Temple McMullen died on 8 August 2007 in Victoria, British Columbia, at the age of 96.²

     Alured Keith McMurdo was born on 17 February 1878.¹ He was the son of Captain Charles E. McMurdo and Mary Kathleen Bernard.¹

     Archibald Douglas McMurdo was born on 26 February 1882.¹ He was the son of Captain Charles E. McMurdo and Mary Kathleen Bernard.¹

     Aston Edward McMurdo was born on 15 June 1873.¹ He was the son of Captain Charles E. McMurdo and Mary Kathleen Bernard.¹

     Captain Charles E. McMurdo married Mary Kathleen Bernard, daughter of Lucius Fitzgerald Bernard and Ann Ellen Jarvis, on 30 August 1870.¹

     Hew Bernard McMurdo was born on 17 February 1885.¹ He was the son of Captain Charles E. McMurdo and Mary Kathleen Bernard.¹

     Percy Fitzgerald McMurdo was born on 6 February 1880.¹ He was the son of Captain Charles E. McMurdo and Mary Kathleen Bernard.¹

     Dewar McMurrich was the son of W.B. McMurrich.¹ He was a a barrister at Toronto.¹ Dewar McMurrich married Evelyn Louisa Temple, daughter of Edmond Bonner Temple and Louise Smith Douglas, in 1898.¹

     W.B. McMurrich was the son of Senator John McMurrich.¹ He was a Mayor of Toronto.¹

     Catherine McPhaedres was baptised on 20 May 1722.¹ She was the daughter of John McPhaedres and Helena Jansen.¹ Catherine McPhaedres married Robert Gilbert Livingston, son of Gilbert Livingston and Cornelia Beekman, on 3 November 1740.¹ Catherine McPhaedres died in 1792.²

     John Cameron McPhee was born on 4 July 1878 in Yan Yean, Victoria.¹ He married Alice Bealey Crompton Dean, daughter of William Boswell Dean and Martha Helen Smith, on 17 April 1911 in Longford, Tasmania.¹ John Cameron McPhee died on 14 September 1952 in Hobart, Tasmania, at the age of 74.¹

     John McPhetrage married Sarah Sewall, daughter of William Sewall and Sarah Chisam, on 23 January 1777.¹ John McPhetrage died before 1782.¹

     Augusta McVickar was born in 1790.¹ She was the daughter of John McVicker.² Augusta McVickar married Judge William Jay, son of John Jay and Sarah Van Brugh Livingston, in 1812.² Augusta McVickar died in 1857.

     Margaret Eliza Sophia McWilliam married Godfrey Bosville MacDonald Beatson, son of Capt. Henry Dundas Beatson R.N., on 14 August 1856 in Sheriffston House, Morayshire.¹

     Jessie Benton Mead was born circa 1863 in New York.³ She married Elbridge Cushman Sewall, son of Benjamin Crosby Sewall and Susan Proctor Carpenter, on 11 January 1887 in Manhattan, New York.^1,3,2 Jessie Benton Mead appears on the census of 1930 at Montclaire, New Jersey, living with her son Joseph and his family.⁴
