He succeeded his falher as King of Scotland on 19 April, 1390, and was crowned on 14 August, 1390, at Scone Abbey, Perthshire.¹ Robert Stewart, Robert III, King of Scotland married Annabella Drummond, daughter of Sir John Drummond of Stobhall and Mary Montifex, circa 1366.¹ Robert Stewart, Robert III, King of Scotland died an invalid, on 4 April 1406.⁴
