John Craw was born circa 1815.¹ He married Ann Scott Bell, daughter of George Bell and Ann Scott, on 28 October 1863 in Jedburgh, Roxburgshire, the groom is described in the marriage register as a widower.¹ John Craw was living in 48 Castle Gate, Jedburgh, at the time of his wife's aunt's death.²

     Euphemia Bell was born circa 1796 in Fife.¹ She married James Webster, son of Alexander Webster and Janet Campbell, on 29 November 1831 in Crail, Fife. Euphemia Bell and James Websterappeared in the 1851 census at Langhousegreen, Crail, Fife. Webster is listed as the parochial schoolmaster.² Euphemia Bell died before 1861.³

      An electrical engineer.² John Henry Boulter was born on 14 August 1895 in Toronto, Ontario.³ He was the son of John Henry Boulter and Edith Woodis.¹ John Henry Boulter married Alberta Lillian Sewell, daughter of Henry de Quincy Sewell and Caroline Alberta Pense, on 26 October 1921 in York, Ontario, Canada.¹

     John Sewell Boulter was born circa April 1926 in Negritos, Peru.¹ He was the son of John Henry Boulter and Alberta Lillian Sewell.

     Mary Ann Noble married Capt. Thomas Symonds RN, son of Rev. John Symonds and Mary Spring. Mary Ann Noble died in 1771. She was buried in St. James' Church, Bury.

     Elizabeth Symonds was born in 1768. She was the daughter of Capt. Thomas Symonds RN and Mary Ann Noble. Elizabeth Symonds married Rev. Henry Heigham on 13 July 1790.¹ Elizabeth Symonds died on 9 December 1832.²

     Rev. Henry Heigham was born circa 1768 in Bury St. Edmunds.¹ He graduated in 1789 from Cambridge B.A. and M.A. 1792.¹ He was ordained on 30 May 1790 deacon (Ely), priest 1792.¹ He married Elizabeth Symonds, daughter of Capt. Thomas Symonds RN and Mary Ann Noble, on 13 July 1790.¹ Rev. Henry Heigham died on 29 December 1834 in London.¹

      Native land court judge New Zealand.¹ John Jermyn Symonds was born on 4 January 1816.² He was the son of Rear Admiral Sir William Symonds KCB, FRS and Elizabeth Saunders Luscombe. John Jermyn Symonds was christened on 11 September 1816 at Fawley, Hampshire.² He matriculated on 16 October 1834 from Trinity College, Oxford, and was a student of the Inner Temple, 1838.³ He married Alithea Seymour Wilson, daughter of John William Delap Wilson and (unknown) Irwin, on 24 February 1849 in Milford, Hampshire, the marriage was registered in the March quarter, 1849, in the Lymington district where the manuscript transcription gives the bride's first name as Alethea, this same spelling appears in the Annual Register.^4,5,6 On 7 March 1849 under the command of Capt John Jermyn Symonds (brother of Capt. Cornwallis Symonds from the Ann 1840) The Berhampore, which was the seventh Fencible ship, sailed from London. Most of the 7th Detachment on board hailed from London, the Midlands, and a few from Scotland and Ireland. These Fencibles settled mainly Onehunga, Auckland.⁷ John Jermyn Symonds died on 3 January 1883 in Onehunga, New Zealand, at the age of 66.

     Alithea Seymour Wilson was born on 20 June 1821 in St. Kitts, West Indies.¹ She was the daughter of John William Delap Wilson and (unknown) Irwin.² Alithea Seymour Wilson married John Jermyn Symonds, son of Rear Admiral Sir William Symonds KCB, FRS and Elizabeth Saunders Luscombe, on 24 February 1849 in Milford, Hampshire, the marriage was registered in the March quarter, 1849, in the Lymington district where the manuscript transcription gives the bride's first name as Alethea, this same spelling appears in the Annual Register.^3,1,4 Alithea Seymour Wilson died on 23 November 1898 in Auckland, New Zealand, at the age of 77.²

     Admiral of the Fleet Sir Thomas Matthew Charles Symonds GCB, KCB was born on 15 July 1813. He was the son of Rear Admiral Sir William Symonds KCB, FRS and Elizabeth Saunders Luscombe. Admiral of the Fleet Sir Thomas Matthew Charles Symonds GCB, KCB married firstly Anna Maria Heywood, daughter of Capt. Edmund Heywood CB., RN, on 25 September 1845. Admiral of the Fleet Sir Thomas Matthew Charles Symonds GCB, KCB married secondly Prestwood Mary Wolrige, daughter of Capt. Thomas Wolrige R.N., on 16 February 1856 in St. George's Chapel, Stonehouse, Devon.² Admiral of the Fleet Sir Thomas Matthew Charles Symonds GCB, KCB died on 14 November 1894 in Sunny Hill, Higher Warberry, Torquay, Devon, at the age of 81 after a prolonged illness.^1,3

     Anna Maria Heywood was born circa 1817. She was the daughter of Capt. Edmund Heywood CB., RN. Anna Maria Heywood married Admiral of the Fleet Sir Thomas Matthew Charles Symonds GCB, KCB, son of Rear Admiral Sir William Symonds KCB, FRS and Elizabeth Saunders Luscombe, on 25 September 1845. Anna Maria Heywood died on 21 June 1847 in Malta.

     Susan Mary Briggs was the daughter of Rev. John Briggs.¹ The marriage of Susan Mary Briggs and Rear Admiral Sir William Symonds KCB, FRS was registered in the quarter ending December 1851 in the Williton, Somerset Registration District.² Susan Mary Briggs married secondly Thomas Mayo MD on 6 November 1861 in All Saints', Knightsbridge, London.³

     Dorcas Moulton was born on 25 June 1726 in York.² She married John Heard Bartlett on 15 October 1747 in 1st Parish, York, Maine, they had eleven children.¹ Dorcas Moulton died on 29 January 1788 in Kittery at the age of 61.²

     Hon. Mark Langdon Hill was born on 30 June 1772 in Biddeford, Maine.¹ He was the son of Jeremiah Hill and Mary Langdon (widow Storer).¹ Hon. Mark Langdon Hill married secondly Abigail S. Sewall, daughter of Daniel Sewall and Dorcas Bartlett, on 6 June 1821 in Kennebunk, Maine.^1,2 Hon. Mark Langdon Hill died on 26 November 1842 in Phippsburg, Maine, at the age of 70.² He was an overseer and trustee of Bowdoin College for many years and served in the U.S. House of Representatives in the period 1819-23. He was afterwards postmaster at Phippsburg, and collector of revenue of the port of Bath.¹

     Rev. Edmund Garland was born on 15 February 1799 in Parsonsfield, Maine.¹ He was the son of Samuel Garland and Molly Batchelder.¹ The marriage intention of Rev. Edmund Garland and Mary Sewall, daughter of Daniel Sewall and Dorcas Bartlett, was published on 19 August 1831 in Kennebunk, Maine; the marriage was announced in the New-Hampshire Gazette of
September 20, 1831.^1,2,3 Rev. Edmund Garland married secondly Lucretia W. Dorrance on 11 August 1874.^4,5 Rev. Edmund Garland died on 3 April 1886 in Granville, Ohio, at the age of 87.¹

     Samuel Garland was born on 28 November 1771 in Hampton, New Hampshire.² He married Molly Batchelder on 1 June 1794.^1,2 Samuel Garland died on 5 March 1855 at the age of 83.²
